ABOUT US
Gene graduated Oley Valley High School with honors. During high school Gene attended Berks Career and Technology Center for architectural design and graduated Salutatorian. After graduation he continued his education at Lincoln Technical Institute where he also graduated with honors and received his bachelors of science degree in architecture. Gene then continued his training and became a NRI Certified Home Inspector.
Gene has spent his entire career in the construction business, starting out as a draftsman, then working up to a project manager and estimator. In 2012 Gene decided to go into the Home Inspection business and received his ASHI certification. Since 2012 Gene has performed literally thousands of certified Home, Termite, Radon, Well and Septic Inspections in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Then something wonderful happened!
In 2017 our daughter and son-in-law gave us a grandson! We moved to Pottsville to be close to them! In 2018 Gene decided it was time to break out and start his own Inspection Business closer to home so Gene and Lisa started Gene's Property Analysis, a home-based inspection company servicing our local area. By the way our daughter decided that our grandson will call Gene g-pa. Our son-in-law thought it would be cute to call the business Gene's Property Analysis so that the acronym would be GPA! Get it!?! So that's how we got our name!
Gene's wife Lisa is also experienced in the Inspection business, for six years she too worked for the same company that Gene previously worked for but in the office as a customer service representative. Lisa has spent her entire career in customer service and management and knows what it takes to build and maintain a good business relationship with her clientele. She will do her utmost to make your experience with buying your new home a pleasant and stress free one! We trust that after experiencing the GPA difference you'll want to tell your family and friends!

I contacted Gene's Property Analysis for a home inspection. Gene was able to provide the inspection (septic, well, water, radon, home, and wood destroying insect) within a week of contacting them. Gene and his wife are a stellar team. When I had the inspection performed, he answered all of my questions, listened to my feedback and comments during the inspection, and provided valuable insight into the repairs that may need to be made. He additionally provided feedback on the things that the home owner would definitely need to fix because every home inspector would find these things. The inspection report was written and received the next day. Finally, the septic system failed the visual inspection so we had the home owner repair those damages. My wife called and had them perform a hydraulic load test. They were available the next day! My wife was concerned with the test possibly damaging the system however, Lisa (Gene's wife) provided great detail as to how the test may damage the system and how they mitigate these issues so that the test is done safely. I would certainly have Gene's Property Analysis perform my next home inspection. 5 Star Rating! They saved us money! Thanks Gene!
